I started Pristine Cleaning Services because I kept hearing the same thing from neighbors here in East Tennessee. A different crew showed up each week, nobody remembered how they liked things done, and the corners never quite got touched.
So I built the opposite. When you book with me, I am the one in your home. I learn which shelf holds the good glassware, which door sticks, and which room your family actually lives in. That is how the details stop getting missed.
Pristine is bonded, and I treat every home like it belongs to someone I know. Because by the second visit, it usually does.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients give me access instructions and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there, that is welcome too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. I bring everything needed, including products that are gentle on families and pets. If you prefer specific products for your surfaces, I am glad to use yours.
How do you price a cleaning?
Pricing depends on the size of the home, the type of cleaning and how often you would like visits. Fill out the quote form and I will send you an exact number, no guesswork.
Is my home safe with you?
Pristine Cleaning Services is bonded, and you get the same trusted person in your home each time rather than a different crew every visit.

How far in advance should I book?
A week of notice is ideal for recurring visits, though last minute openings do happen. Move out and turnover cleanings are worth booking as early as you can.
